  • Payment Information: When you make purchases, we collect payment method details. Credit/debit card information processing is handled securely via Eco Bank payment gateway. For in-app wallet functionality, we store your wallet balance and transaction history.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Location Information: With your permission, we collect precise location data to show nearby stores, calculate delivery distances, and facilitate delivery using Google Maps API. You can control location permissions through your device settings.
  • Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and hardware model.
  • Usage Data: We collect data about how you interact with Quickedash, including:
    • Products viewed and added to cart
    • Search queries and browsing behavior

13. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Our systems do not currently recognize or respond to Do Not Track browser signals, but you can adjust your privacy preferences in your device settings.

14. Delete Account Policy

At QuickDash, we respect your right to privacy and allow you to delete your account and personal data at any time.

🗑️ What Happens When You Delete Your Account When you delete your account: All personal information associated with your account will be permanently removed. Your order history, addresses, and stored preferences will be erased. Your account will no longer be accessible, and you will need to re-register to use our services again. Some transactional data (e.g., invoices or legal records) may be retained as required by law.
